PRICES:
Personal Training - £60 per hour.
Double bookings (2 people) - £80 per hour.
Massage - £35 per hour.
Skills Session - £50 per hour (One-off session focused on a particular skill ie.Running, Swimming etc.)
Programme Design - £100 (3months, without Personal Training sessions)
Nutrition Consultation - £60 (Includes body composition analysis)
