Your first step on your path to improvement is an initial consultation which will include first, and most importantly, your goals! As well as:

  • Medical Checks
  • Nutritional Advice
  • Postural and Movement Assessment
  • Body Measurements (if applicable)

Personal Training – One to One sessions in a Location of your choice (in and around the London area).  In a local park, in your home/garden; we come to you!  Sessions will be part of a programme as designed for you in order to reach your goals and can include some or all of the following:

Running - Beginner or experienced Marathon Runner; whatever your level, whatever your goal, we can help you reach your potential.  As experienced running coaches, not only can we improve your sporting performance, and reduce the risk of injury, we will bring the fun back into running.

Boxing – One of the best forms of exercise, Boxing can help you build both physical and psychological strength by improving your Cardiovascular fitness, strength, and speed.  Your flexibility and reflexes will improve, as well as your balance and coordination.  Most importantly it is an extremely enjoyable, confidence building and stress relieving form of exercise.

Kettlebells – It is essential that you perform full body exercises in order to improve the functional capabilities required in daily life.  The ballistic whole body movements that kettlebell training offers, requires full body integration and core stabilisation.

Flexibility and Mobility – Improved flexibility will reduce your chances of suffering injuries and will improve your performance.  Whilst joint mobility leads to smooth and effortless movements.

Circuit Training – Using functional bodyweight exercises, you will improve your muscle tone, fitness, posture and body awareness, whilst also increasing your metabolism; leading to a fit and healthy mind and body.
